Rakurs Legal Partnership was founded in 2008 by alumni of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

It is our mission to help clients avoid and resolve business issues through top-notch legal advice and professional legal representation.

Rakurs (in Russian Ракурс, from the French raccourcir) means “foreshortening”, a technique used to depict an object receding into the distance or background. It depends on the viewer’s perspective and the object’s spatial positioning.

Our work is dynamic in nature and involves viewing a problem from various legal perspectives, some of which might not be immediately apparent. This approach is no accident, and it is bound by the established rules and traditions of law, just as foreshortening is a technique that is bound by the rules of geometry.

Sergey I. Savin Partner, Advocate. Graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Specializes in real estate, corporate law, bankruptcy, consumer protection legislation, investments in construction, litigation and dispute resolution. Member of the Moscow Region Bar Association since 2010. Registered with the Register of Advocates of the Moscow Region under number 50/6399.
