Rakurs Legal Partnership was founded in 2008 by alumni of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

It is our mission to help clients avoid and resolve business issues through top-notch legal advice and professional legal representation.

At Rakurs we aim to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and corporate entities, and to ensure access to justice.

Rakurs (in Russian Ракурс, from the French raccourcir) means “foreshortening”, a technique used to depict an object receding into the distance or background. It depends on the viewer’s perspective and the object’s spatial positioning.

Our work is dynamic in nature and involves viewing a problem from various legal perspectives, some of which might not be immediately apparent. This approach is no accident, and it is bound by the established rules and traditions of law, just as foreshortening is a technique that is bound by the rules of geometry.

Alexander A. Ronzhin Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Lomonosov Moscow State University (2001). Specializes in corporate law, antitrust, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, foreign trade, currency regulation and currency control, bankruptcy, off-plan property development, business start-ups, representation before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Sergey I. Savin Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Lomonosov Moscow State University (2004). Specializes in real estate, corporate law, bankruptcy, consumer protection legislation, investments in construction, litigation and dispute resolution.
